This is not in mangago maybe,but its a slice of life and romance its a guy was blind because of the accident the one who found him is the girl they fallen while they triend to how to cure then the day before his surgery they had an affair and the guy tell to the girl that the first that he wants to see is her .thats all i remember please(⌒▽⌒)
