yeah I had a few issues with that myself but as he got older it stopped looking like such a gigantic difference. I mean in the beginning the older one looked like an adult and nau looked like a 5 yr old kid which was disturbing. I'm just glad nothing horrific happened there. That relationship actually ended up being much more pure than I was expecting.
I liked the story it was cute. To those like "OMG Nao looks like he if 5 and Misaki is a total Pedo!" I totally agree. And im sorry but the dad took that WAYYY too easy i would totally freak out if i saw that happening to my child (esp if 12, young looking or not) and Misaki would have left the story at that point. BUTTTTTT if u can overlook that it is really cute and that is kinda just an excuse for the story to happen. Plus Nao is super mature and that makes him so much cuter when he acts younger. ^u^
