It's not just the eyepatch, it's the hair leght too. He resembles Charlotte in Yurian's memories and also wears a robe. It's just that not many people has eye patch so that's the most distinct part of Charlotte's image. With the black haired guy, he was looking for someone that'll fit the eyepatch, has white hair or golden eyes. They're all real crazy about Charlotte. Hahaha.
