Okay so lemme clarify
Basically gilgamesh was fighting alcides
So alcides was shooting nine poisonous arrows at gilgamesh and gilgamesh was just about to block them with his gate of babylon, the noble phantasms but the gate had shut, he couldn't access them, so gilgamesh decided to use the noble phantasms that he had already released and fired before to intercept those poisonous arrows but then ishtar and gugulanna showed up and he flinched and was pierced by those arrows(the arrows had hydra venom)
Ishtar had with her the key of the gate of babylon (it was used to summon gilgamesh) it wasnt the key to enuma elish but the key to his treasury and then gugulanna shot out some thing and it pierced gilgamesh and then his spirit origin disappeared
And then days later enkidu is there with gilgamesh corpse and the master. He deduces that gilgamesh was being eaten away two venoms! the only reason gil is still there is because of his master, she used huge amounts of magical energy from Leylines to keep him here and hold his spirit origin in shape and keep it from fading.
So if they don't find a way to heal him which seems kinda hard rn bc apparently one of the toxin is like a curse(so his body is being eaten by the hydra venom and some pestilence curse) hes gonna dieee THATS ALL IK, COS ITS STILL ONGOING AND THATS THE LATEST BIT!

Yeah that makes sense. Since originally in the (FGO) lore her personality was actually a bitch and the einzbern homunculus is just an artificial husk unlike Rin so I can't imagine like you said her personality being influenced so this is legit REAL Ishtar in the flesh!
So when you said she stole Gugalana from FGO ishtar ...does this correlate with the FGO timeline? or is this plot another Pruning theoritcal Phenomenon since technically servants can be summon like literally anywhere there's a holy grail whether in chronicle or pruning
Yeah so that's the real ishtar, and I hate her sooo much! I was actually confused about that too tbh since she stole gugalana from FGO ishtar. But no I don't think this has anything to do with the FGO timeline, its been brought from a parallel world. (the parallel world being FGO) so Gugalana taken from the world of FGO (from babylonia singularity) to the world of Fate/Strange Fake.
From what i understood, gugalana can't be summoned obviously since the age of the gods has ended but since babylonia singularity was set in the age of gods, gugalanna can appear however the FGO ishtar had it stolen from the Fate Strange Fake ishtar. The two aren't linked in terms of timeline. They're parallel worlds. Hahaha idk if I made it more confusing
