It could have ended on 1st or 2nd chapter. But YOU DO KNOW there wont be a problem or THERE WONT be a 1st or 2nd chapter or even a story if they just accepted her death :') i mean she want to rest. They even knew her magic was gone. Had they accepted everything there wont be a story at all so i dont blame her
Yeah I find it stupid too. Which is why I think this is the point of the story which is kinda interesting to follow about a archmage correcting her regret of actually speaking to them.

lack of communication is the basis of 98% of these type of stories, if that bothers you so much you're going to have a hard time enjoying other manwas. I feel really bad for you.

I am currently reading more than 60 different manhwa and yes it bothers me a lot but that doesn't stop me from enjoying them but thanks for ur concern:)
I meaaaaan the story could have easily ended on the 1st or the 2nd chapter Charlotte should have just gathered them all before"dying" and told them that she wanna rest or just gathered them after she became a little girl and explained what happened so they can learn how to live without her while knowing that she is still alive somewhere and happy instead of just dragging this for so long making them do bad things and destroying the world and then appearing out of no where and pretending to not be u making them more confused and mad and also how the fuck can't u recognize her face she only looks younger
