Next time the person speaks to you in Japanese, reply back in the same language "You do know I speak Japanese, right?"
let him be. try befriending him. get to know him. know his weaknesses. understand him. tell him you know how to speak japanese. a tsundere? no problem. invite invite. done. you have a tsun~tsun~confession with his straight poker face.
Next time he teases you or something, reply with " Ba~ka!" Or something like that, if you want more complex, in japanese, in a teasing tone as well. Then leave like a badass. It'll confuse the hell out of him and he'll realize you might have understood before...fufufufu

On the other hand, if what he's doing is really affecting your life in a negative tone, talk things over with him. He might not realize the impact of his actions.

ok guys, so this really weird thing just happened to me.
I worked my ass off to get into this university and I got in. then I ran into the council head, Trey Ishida who is a mixed Japanese-American. We got into many fights because he's such an s-o-b who gave me an impossible time about my clothes and how long my hair should be, etc. I didn't listen to anything he said. I mean just because he's the head, he can do whatever he want???(Ok yes, but that's soooo not the point)
So today I skipped a class and sat outside in the cafeteria. So before I know it I doze off because im an idiot. I got up right before the lunch break and - just my luck- he's standing there. so he looks at me and says "Daisuki" and I just go "What?" and he says"You have leaves in your hair, moron."
Maybe I shold tell him I understand Japanese. Or maybe ignore him. Or should I punch him in the face for giving me such a hard time???
