If Ivan didn't mistakenly though that he marked Hen and Alek didn't backed off, Hen would have been with Alek rn, and he's health would have been much stable. (=・ω・=)

Alek did it on purpose. He wanted Ivan to be blamed. He knew this whole time he was the one who marked him and did nothing. Its horrible. He took advantage of hen while he was drug, forced a three way, left in the morning to make it look like it Ivan, watched hen suffer and then revealed just to hurt ivan, didn't give a f about hen.
