OMG I felt the same ......this webtoon seriously pissed me off for how idiotic and predictable it was.
At first when I finished reading till like 50 chapters so so I was pretty heart broken about it ,but later when I read it again I realised how messed up everyone was.
The MC is a idiot and a hopeless one at that. He's even worse than those whiney chinese FL you see in manhua. The ML we all know is a scumbag. But the doctor takes the cake. You go flirt with a married guy who just got to know he has cancer and start it right when he's in a very bad state both mentally and physically . I'd say the doctor is even scummier than the ML for crying out loud.

And I hated how he didn't let the ML meet the other ML right till the end and then acted all heartbroken and torn like bruh??? We all knew he was gonna die so....

Honestly,what I'll say might come off as controversial but it's just MY OWN opinion so please don't come for me :)
I saw A LOT of people saying that "10 years where I loved you the most" is a masterpiece and will leave you devastated and sad but honestly,it was a lil weird?
Like,I liked the art and stuff but eveyone and by that I mean, EVERYONE in that manga had such major red flags all about their personality and 0 communication skills+a very used and common plot
ALSO,FOR ALL THOSE OF MY FRIENDS HERE WHO HAVE SEEN SCARLET HEART RYEO,it's THE SAME PLOT????except that it's a BL.
Like,the story is 75% the same as SCR's original story
Plus,I feel it was kind of just not a really good manga?
