I'm 99% sure she'll end up with the emperor because he's also a dragon. Not to mention she'll be marrying him so, It's one of those "I don't want to marry him!" Situations where later you fall in love.

maybe it’s just me but with all the romance / love triangle mangas / manhwas i’ve read , if you pay attention to who the mc is touching the most they ALWAYS ends up with that person , always . i’ve looked at the header picture but i just can’t make it out cause it’s blurry
