It’s NOT from the same author. SL is written by Chu Gong, and this story’s author is Shingshong. While they’re adapted by the same studio, they’re drawn by different artists. Please stop spreading misinformation (and I’ve read the novel; this story is totally different from SL)
tbh they aren’t similar plot wise and i prefer orv over sl just because orv has lots of ups and downs but sl kinda feels like a bit predictable not hating tho i love both but orv has a lot more depth in the story to the extent it’s hard to give spoiler before telling a shit ton of things lol
and except for the genre there is noting common in between them i just don’t get why everyone is comparing them ╮(￣▽￣)╭
