I understood that Fumi and rapist guy were in love and had a relationship. The guy didn't want to touch Fumi because he was fragile. They were together when Fumi died, and he burried him. Then he repeatedly raped the brother because he had the same face, as a replacement.
I'm not really sure that Fumi and him didn't sleep together, because I remember that in one part Fumi had a hickey or something, and Ichi realized that something was going on, but he thought that maybe he was forced? I don't know. That's what I undertand
We know that Danzo had feelings for Fumi but slept with Ichi (because Fumi was fragile, sick etc). We don't know if Fumi had feelings for Danzo (or if they had relationship). It was only Ichi's vague assumption, guess.
And Fumi once slept with Danzo because he wanted for once be the one to lrotect Ichi,take the burden from him and then not long time after that he died.
