are you using your hp to upload the pic?
It all depends on how big a file the original picture is ... if it is too big, only a small part will show up. Aso, there is a tool to crop the image, if you used that and cropped it too small only a portion will show up.
it always only shows a part of your uploaded picture
but you can chooses which part it shows. when you click on setting, do you see the square on your uploaded picture? pull it to the section you want to have and click on save...
You should try resizing the image (not crop) on pixlr editor or picmonkey, and maybe the image can show fully. Hope it helps!

I was trying to do that but do I have to do it in the computer not the tablet because I an on the tablet
There should be dotted lines around the outside, you just need to drag them to frame the picture the was you want, but if the whole picture is not there, you need to make the image smaller and re-upload it.
That's easy. Use whatever program you have, resize the pic down till it can fit in the frame.
i heard someone having trouble with at at a smartphone before, so maybe the tablet doesn`t work as well? hope you get it done with computer...
