So omega loves alpha, they have sex and omega think they're dating because he's acting cute and giving him gifts. In the end alpha think this is only a sex buddies relationship, so when omega boi is too far he hook up with a woman and omega see that. Omega boy gets super angry and break all ties with him for "cheating" but alpha don't accept and rape him. He hits him and tell him to never touch him again, throw his gifts away and treat him coldly. During his rut, alpha goes to omega house and rape him again (consent it's a bit weird here) so omega boi bite his ear to get revange on him and mark him.
