Yes, my friend is the one who is hurt by it the most. She tries to hide it by smiling and pretending there is nothing wrong, but i can tell when there is.
And Showing evidence to teachers? they litearaly stand 5 meter from me and my friend when they are trowing tennisballs at our heads and they don't a thing.

Yes, standing up for ourselves only makes it worse. I am from Belgium and yes we can sue them, but i don't even know half of their names sinse it are the upperclassmen who do it. They are reckless idiot who have nothig else to do than bullieng the weak. Me and my friend will talk about it. Thank you for your support.
I have an idea. You say your teacher was watching when you are being bullied, then go to that teacher later and have him/her give you a full list of names of the students that are bullying you and say it is their duty since they personally did nothing to stop it from happening in the first place. Then take that list and take the legal actions that the others have suggested. If that does not work, get someone (completely not involved) like the teacher who would just watch, and have them take a video of the bullying then go to a licensed doctor and get a medical record of your injuries. Then take that video and doctor's notice to the police or a lawyer and sue. With such hard core evidence there is no way the bullies can escape.
If it helps with anything,parent need to know that their child is being bully.
2nd how bout join self defense class???? I advice all my niece and nephew to join at lease for their protection. Bully case is at large even at my country

That is true. Even I take Tae Kwon Do. Anony-chan, take your friend with you to those self defense classes too. Maybe you both will learn something from them. But the most important thing to remember is that someone can sue another person if they attack or punch, but if you only block (and block hard) you can't ever get sued.

Well everyone, today (even though is friday the 13th) was a pretty good day. me and my friend didn't get bullied and even got (sort of) an apology by one of the bullies and he even acted (a little) friendly(we thought he got hit or had a fever). My friends classmates found the names of the one that bullie us and they say they want to give us the names. Thank you for your support and advise it really helped!! (︶︿︶)＝凸

Hello everyone, i need your advise on something that happend at my school today. me and my best friend are a little bit of the outcast at out school. thus we are always ignored or bullied. today they threw tennisballs at our heads trying to hit us. two of my best friends classmates came to sit with us on the bench (it's the first time someone does this) to help and make it stop. but my best friend snapped and started crying just before the bell went off. the three of us (me and my bf's classmates) stayed with her for a little longer until she stood up and walked to the row she stands in.(we stand in rows till the teacher comes and takes us to our class). i am in a different class so i can't walk with her and today i had an our longer class than she did so i didn't get to talk to her anymore. Can anyone give me advise on how i should handel it, we tried telling the teachers but they saw and don't do anything.
