I think it was rude and inappropriate for them to have sex in Dojin’s room despite him kindly offering them hospitality while they were in need. It ain’t about the love triangle because Dojin clearly didn’t care enough and let it slide.
It’s about respect for your host.. I think it’s a bit iffy even if they did it in their own room (in a house that doesn’t belong to them) let alone in the host’s room, bed and dirtying their sheets. Also since when was it polite to enter someone’s room when they’re not there, without asking (even if you’re staying at their house)...
