There won't be any updates until... 15th October more or less since for the Korean version she took a month as well. Anyways the updates here will be even a few days later (after that month) for the author to get some money on Lezhin.
No one is translating this. The uploaded is using the official english translation from Lezhin and this is on hiatus for a month! The chapter that you are referring to is the Korean version, not English! We will not get another update until the hiatus is over and Lezhin English resumes it. So you won't see an update til the mid-end of October.
