OMG, thanks! I looked at her works, but could not for the life of me remember the title, and LJ is not that easy to search on!

But that's not a continuation, it's just a side story written 3 years ago....

There is no continuation of the story, no one picked it up after the original author stopped writing

Well, it is not truly a continuation, just someone playing with another author's universe to write a side story. I guess I should have been more explicit when I originally wrote this, but someone found the story for me, and that was my goal in the first place, so I am grateful for that. *winks* Besides, sekhmetrising has given blessings to those who wish to continue with the story, or to finish the stories she was not able to finish due to RL interfering.

In all honesty, I would prefer that Sekhmet's fics remain unfinished, no one would be able to give these stories the ending they deserve, she's one of a kind in the VF fandom. Besides, there have been authors that have picked up their stories again after years of hiatus. You never know. *shrugs*

I totally agree, I love her writing, although ptw30 did a pretty good job with the side story. But sekhmets fics are really awesome, and I hope that she returns to finish her works, as I would prefer that she finish them herself. She is my fave author in the VF fandom (there are a few others that rank just below her but sekhmets writing style is pretty unique)

Mhm, she's a very cool lady, I hope we see her return to the fandom.
