Dysmorphia

So...the reason why he may think he’s ugly is because of this^ . My ex had it, he hated people taking pictures of him, and would get really upset. No matter how much I told him he was handsome he’d never believe me. Tbh we weren’t together long and I don’t know to much about it, but I know he acted similar to this guy. He’d be super self conscious all the time and had to go counselling. Unfortunately for this male lead it looks like the heroin is immature and won’t tell him how handsome he is. Something I told my ex multiple times a day.
