So you would go anywhere you're asked to go? What sort of reasoning is that? Joowon is very much an adult with an entire company of professionals backing him up, he can handle his own business. Who told Haesoo to give himself the crown and title of the one to "help" Joowon, that's condescending and narcissistic of him to even assume Joowon is incapable of handling his own situations unless he is there. I've had family members go through work problems and I've never gone rushing at their work place like I'm the only one to solve everything.
So instead of directly getting in touch with Joowon to ask how he's doing, Haesoo goes directly to Joowon's boss who in exchange for help from Haesoo promises Haessoo good publicity for K's exhibition!? He's making deals at the expense of Joowon's drama. I'd believe the whole "Haesoo is selflessly doing all this for Joowon" if Haesoo didn't stand to gain immensely for inserting himself into Joowon's celebrity drama.
@laito I have no fucking clue what “deals” you are talking about. Haesoo wasn’t promised anything. The manager mentioned it as being a “silver lining” and Haesoo went into a flashback to show that something like that had already been suggested before (by his publishing contact) and he found it distasteful. He has never wanted to use jowoon for fame (character doesn’t even want to be famous, he just wants to write) - if he wanted that he would have already exploited the connection.
Well he didn't dispute that statement did he, how did you assume "he found it distasteful"?. That in its self is a deal, when you do deed in exchange for something - that's a transaction. Without helping Joowon he won't get that extra publicity for K's exhibit. He doesn't say "NO" or ask "WHAT" but instead he stays seated and compliant knowing the benefits that will be reaped from offering his help. You can't voluntarily insert yourself in a terrible event and call silver lining when you profit from it!
Have you guys seen the title of this webtoon? These feelings they all have is complicated. ALL of them. Haesoo wanted to have actual love especially when you learn about how he felt about jowoon and what his mother felt. This feeling of fear of rejection from people he loves is hard for him so he let his ambiguous relationship with jowoon go on even though he probably thought he felt more in that relationship with jowoon never being honest and telling him how he really feels. Never happy but loves him (because you can't help who you love). Then K comes in and really shown what a healthy relationship was like and who was actively appreciating him as a partner with no rejection in sight (i was actually rooting for this) but then this story started to reveal that k pursues relationship out of curiosity with little genuine interest. However even k is surprised that his feelings are stronger than he thought and so he is like jowoon where he's not being genuine about himself. I think haesoo is aware of this but he wanted to make a decision for himself where he pursues someone that makes him happy... HOWEVER now thats the drama where they ALL are facing this problem of revealing their genuine feelings. So I don't get these comments. All of them are bad/good guys lol none of them are perfect at all.
I don't think haesoo deserves anyone
I love joowon and taku so much i wanna protect them but haesoo urghhh ( ̄へ ̄)
