I looked the author up on bakaupdates. She still does yuri (well shoujo ai) manga. She even recently helps write the manga "Abyss" which was written by Takeyima Jin, a yuri/shoujo ai writer. Not BL on the bakaupdates page, although I don't know how credible the website is.
I don't think this will continue... The art seems really familiar to some BL stories I've seen.. maybe the author doesn't wanna to girls love and went back to bl??
