He started having heart problems, when our MC wasn’t with him at the end and he became more unstable(I think) In the last chapter it was his note to our MC and it was sad like I cried but I still don’t feel bad for him. He still believes that our MC is waiting for him at home.
Even after rereading this for the billionth time. This still got me crying like a bitch. Like the Doctor loved him so much But in the end our MC was still so in love with the cheating as Seme. Like this just broke me... The Uke deserves so much better. That doctor omfg do I love him. Like he was there, but that cheating bastard never even noticed that our baby was going through so much pain.
