They both care in more serious way towards Hari that even when im reading it seems their actions scream that they love her, but deeply i wish Eugene's feelings are somewhere existed for Hari coz i can tell from his words and look on his eyes. I usually dont read spoilers but thanks to you my poor heart was in calm now because Eugene and Hari both need someone like each other in their life. im HAPPY :)

yeah eugene is the ML but if u stick with the story to the end... To start with, in the first timeline (TL1) they were also in love lol
To summarise the spoilers I consumed on novelupdates hehe the juicy stuff starts at abt page 9 of the spoiler thread
- in (TL1) when the brothers grew up they all felt guilty for treating Hari badly and realised that Hari wasn’t at fault that’s where Hari's line abt like "they grew to like me" comes from
- Eugene eventually realised he loved Hari but he felt super guilty and thought Hari deserved like a good man that wasn’t her brother esp bc Hari really treasures the idea of family so he didn’t wanna like taint that for her and also he distanced himself bc he realised he loved her
- so he married Rosabella bc he needed power to crush the people that killed their parents n whatnot, BUT they divorced after 4 yrs like right before Hari's wedding bc no love and Rosabella and the crown prince actually loved each other
- sucks for him Hari loved him too altho from the spoilers she didn’t exactly. Realise. lol
- so like night before wedding Cabel got super drunk like omg our baby sis is gonna leave noooo she can’t go and Erich was all shut up loser u got married first then Eugene like had an emo moment and went to the parents' bedroom and reflected all "did I do a good job raising them no I sucked ass rip Hari I’m so sorry"
- then he looked out the window in a Profound Moment and was all "my one wish is that Hari is the most beautiful/happy bride tmr I hope she has a guy that she can trust and tell everything to and ~feelings~ with if I could I would give her all my happiness too"
- alsoooo that rowengreen assistant guy was still his assistant in TL1 and picked up some mojo eastern incense which slightly got on Eugene's hands? and like it’s kinda hinted that THATS what had the mystical time travel power thing since Hari didn’t die or anything she fell asleep lol
- plus one big clue abt Eugene's feelings is that they organised for Cabel to walk her down the aisle even tho traditionally it’d be Eugene but that’s like in the first manhwa chapter so easily forgotten
So like that’s TL1 moving onto TL2
- Hari came to the Ernst house when Eugene was 11, then the parents died when he was 13/14 and the sibs got sent away for 6 years with only letters as contact
- also when Eugene abandons her but can’t go thru with it and comes back to find her waiting for him to come back that’s like a Big Deal to him I think
- Eugene's like Fall In Love moment is when they reunite and he’s blown away but also like she constantly worries n cares abt and supports him n like she’s the only one who does and she stays up waiting so that she can say 'welcome home' and all that fuzzy stuff
- when she says like our happiness depends on ur happiness so u should do what u want he basically takes that as the green light and goes ok I want u
- he breaks off the engagement with Rosabella and hooks her up with the crown prince in a two birds one stone move like ditch the girl and gain favour with royalty
- uhhh theres a bit of unclear stuff bc of MTL u know how it is anyway then they do have some rly sweet moments ugh the stop looking at me like that scene is so cute
- also Erich also falls in love w her at some point so when he realises the HariGene ship has already left port he goes all cold for a bit but he ends up with Louise, johannes' lil sis
- cabel has the hardest time lmao bc to him Eugene is his brother and Hari is his sister
- oh yeah johannes uh poor dude was basically friend/brotherzoned the moment the sibs got sent to their house but he got over it
TLDR: I personally think that from the beginning Eugene and definitely Erich didn’t consider Hari their sister. Eugene was definitely old enough to fully remember Arina and Erich was her mf TWIN. they probably never properly accepted her as a sister. If u really can’t handle the idea, drop the manhwa it’s not gonna get better for u. Or just read all the spoilers like moi
