Let's say that you have your own debit card as a 17 year old bc you worked over the summer. And let's say that you want to purchase a bunch of bl manga/manhwa online. Hypothetically speaking, can the person in question purchase YAOI manga? Would the website allow this person to buy it without a form of credential? Would the website notify the person's parents?
