8 years actually, Penelope is 18 years old. Honestly, age is not that much of a big deal for me but still, it does kinda feel weird.
It makes me really excited for their interactions since we've only seen penelope with the other guys. And with her character it makes you think how she ends up falling for him and vice versa and how their relationship would develop throughout the story
her being a minor is wild. 17 and 26? pretty self explanatory

for those who don't want her to end up with the prince you're in for a ride cause hes the only decent male character in the story. the other love interests are pieces of crap
