He literally blame himself that his sister died, and suffocate all his feelings, the only thing that he has is that sense of wanting revenge that was so strong that he submissive himself to a crazy dude, thinking it was okay to put it up with everything if at least he could revenge his sister, losing himself in the process and becoming an accomplice of an psychopath serial killer, and now that he got his revenge his just sit there and do what the seme wants. Even he recognizes that he was played from the very start and still he does nothing about it.

Exactly, he see himself as a monster, which shows how he is somewhat disgusted at himself, having terrifying nightmares, feeling like shit and pushing away the one person who actually cares about him (the detective). If you combine that with the fact the he blame himself for everything that happened to his sister, his is not in a good mental state whatsoever, is way more than just conflicted. At least to me he is already showing signs of depression for a while, if not from the very beginning when he gave up on his life to dedicate himself to find justice for his sister even if that involved having to agree to the humiliation to get fucked in front of a bunch of people that he never saw on his life, just because he thought to himself that it would make him closer to find that justice that he wanted to give her. Even during the act and afterwards he tried to put himself on her shoes thinking things like "was this what she had to endure?".
I can agree with you that he's conflicted to what to do next, but that's is most definitely not all that he's feeling. If anything he's conflicted to what to do next due to his mental state.
