I actually think there's a lot of similarities between Bakugou and Endeavor, in personality traits and stuff, but some people take it quite literally and since Endeavor hasn't been exactly the best (father) I can see why most might be angry.
Still, it's not good to be attacked to just give your opinion, much less when it's about fictional characters. I hope you're okay.
All Might is actually saying that Bakugou and Endeavor are similar in their development. Like how both of them only realized their mistakes after All Might ended up like he is now.
