The manga is still ongoing, it just had a very long hiatus and change of publication magazine from "Aqua Comics" to "IhrHerz". The latest chapter in English was released about a year ago, the current is being translated atm, but you can watch the latest chapter on youtube too by leighrikako. Which is basically a re-drawing and more detailed chapter from the dj "The Corposant Light 2".
