If I found out someone took part in forbidden incest, i wouldn't rat them out to their parents nontheless their friends. They had their own reasons of keeping it a secret and someone like her could easily ruin their lives without realizing it. The art was good, but maybe in future chapters there may be a plot twist where Ai or her brother was somehow adopted and never blood-related. A chapter like that could ease peoples hearts to know that they aren't reading something unpleasant. However, this was still very good and they do look like a couple because of their different hair colors and the brothers older.
