I think he is serious cause he imagined fucking param in the previous chapter and he also said he has some he likes and that indicates to param

There is a posibility that he just wants something new but there is also a posibility that he has true feelings for param

I think he wants to play around with Param. Before, it’s seemed like he enjoyed the cat and mouse game he had with Parma. Now that Hwi is in the picture, he is making the move.
