Well from my opinion it’s kinda is but not all his fault, but he could’ve help AJ he should’ve have thought to himself why is this kid doing this thing just for exams
well not necessarily, there are students who don’t try in school (though that can be caused by other problems by teachers have no way of knowing if they are not told), tbh it really depends what kind of student AJ was; if he was one who worked hard but just didn’t pass, Mr. Sharpe should’ve helped him, if he was one that doesn’t try at school, Mr. Shapre should’ve asked what was going on with him to not care baout school

am I the only one who finds Mr. Sharpe’s “idgaf” attitude funny? AJ said “if you feel guilty, you don’t have to” and sharpe really said i don’t feel guilty, I gave you the grade you deserve he’s literally every stereotypical teacher and it’s making me laugh; he ain’t even feel a little guilty??? even tho it’s not his fault
