You can wrap a pantyhose around your chest, or use a camisole as well, sports bras also tend to compress the chest. When binding it is recommended to take breaks frequently in between. Also don't use duct tape or bandages since they can/may damage your skin. I recommend doing some googling for research but, I hope this helped a bit!!!
Does anyone know how to safely bind with out a binder because I think I might be nonbinary and I want to know what it feels like to have no chest
