I'm sure that the seme in the main story had two brothers who made fun of him or something, anyway the side story is incest and it involve the brothers. The Uke was the oldest and had glasses. In the beginning I think the Uke was complaining that the younger brother wanted him gone until later in the chapter the seme told him that he actually loved him and they had sex.
