I think it actually started on tumblr or twitter lol, but it’s supposed to be like. Going feral/crazy because someone or something is so hot. I think it’s parodying older Western cartoons where that happens? (dude sees a hot girl and he like barks, hearts going out of his eyes maybe, he goes awoooooga awooga and makes boat noises and shot)
