He's mentally ill, considering all the imagery we're getting on his life and what he's been through/going through he is in no right mind to even make decisions. His doctor is supposed to be helping him, not exploiting him like that. It's so disgusting. Well its a psych manga so im just gonna shrug it out from here on.
The doctor needs to die :^)
