Julian's mother can't be solely blamed for the situation, she's a new mother and had twins without the support of the rest of the family so it's understandable that she can't divide her attention for both like mothers that have more experience.
But for a young angelina, she was expected to understand that julian's health comes first and then julian had to consider his mother's well being after his twin died when he's not even over 10 (i guess?) because he feels like he had to do it for angelina.
They were forced to grow up ( T﹏T )
And then their father, that piece of sht is nowhere to be seen. He needs a parenting seminar and fcking wake up call (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
