There's nothing to pick up. It isn't dropped. There are no new chapters in Japan. Ogawa is on a hiatus with Caste heaven, it will start next year again. It's also ending next year.

There's always a hiatus after she publishes a volume. She needs to create a manuscript for the next five chapters, Caste heaven is ending next year. She's also working on another manga. In November she's releasing a volume about the brothers and their lovers. In December she's releasing an improved version of her older book. Caste heaven will start some time next year. It could be in January or it could be some other month. Depends on the magazine that releases the chapters.
