Our MC is kind and cheerful girl who puts other before her, she was there for the ML even after he hurt her but she wasn't weak who needed saving and she had enough confidence to live on.. I think this is our perfect female lead we all need..

I think it was also really smart of the author to bring ruka as the girl who also still lives in the shadow of her past and she thinks she can save someone because they only understand what it's like to be in pain, if the ML let her in his life more and didn't pay attention to our MC he would have drown even more into desperation
We can't really be saved by someone who's as desperate as us, yes you can support each other but neither of you will be able to lift up the other so you'll both end up collapsing.
