Based on the raws Minhyuk is no good as well although I am not that sure since I didn't understand the dialogue. The boss is the most possessive for me, taking everything from the MC and giving something else back to make him dependent on him also he treats him as his property.

I think before they have been discovered by the hyungs father the MC lived with them, but once they were discovered the MC decided to move out. I think that is where the "savior complex" started since the MC keeps pushing the hyung away because of the father. I agree that it is unhealthy to some extent but I'm not sure I think the hyung is just trying to fix the things between them.
As for me, I think the "savior complex" is more apparent with the boss behavior/actions.
