In my opinion, the plot moves too fast and it's pretty cliche. I mean, I'll still read it, but like, the father is attacked by a vampire that's on the run? I wouldn't leaved traces of where I'd been if I were a vampire being chased by vampire hunters. And then immediately saying you want revenge right after... I dunno... I'd be a little more depressed about fathers death than immediately seeking revenge on these vampires that I didn't even know existed...

Are you new to....the world? That's pretty much oar the course in vampire genre or any genre where someone is killed. Their partner or someone they took care of seeks revenge right away. And the vampire genre is pretty much clichéd anyways.

I know I know, but that doesn't mean it HAS to be cliche. The author could always make the decision to lessen that factor. I'm not saying the manga is awful or anything, I just don't think that just because there's a vampire or someone's killed, that that's an excuse to be cliche. I feel like the author should have made a little more of an attempt :/ and no, I'm actually NOT new to the world.
