I think in some version of ABO, alpha csn get pregnant with another alpha. There's also this other manga i can't rmmeber but theyr both alpha and got married due to family arrangements and get pregnant
The worldbuildingnpage where "so and so secondary gender can preggo" is not there so your confusions are well placed. Most manga don't depict Alphas getting pregnant but it is still a possibility.

edit: future soup here... like 2 months later ahahah. i just wanted to say that ik some abo worlds give the ability for alpha’s to get pregnant, but they usually mention it before then pregnancy happens so i was confused lolllll. maybe they did explain it(?) i cant remember. if they did, i probably just missed it.
