Beastmen is more of a thing nowadays and there's def het smut with it lol. Hana and the Beastman is also ripped on this site but it actually has a story between the smuts. I understand where your coming from and I struggle to read yaoi that has these events to the extreme but this is a work or fiction. If you don’t like this and you think that the majority of yaoi is like then don’t read it! Stick to the nice one and the shounen ai types. Your commenting 9 chapters in and ridiculing people who think this is ok. We are reading this and all the yaoi that you say is bad because we want to and we enjoy it for different reason. If this how you felt then you should have commented this on chapter 3 where this was the rapey characteristics were shown.

There are definitely issues in yaoi/bl that make ppl uncomfortable, but the way ppl interpret the terms fujoshi and fudanshi can also have problems if you over generalize. Get In The Robot is my go to for anime theory and they had a yaoi/bl episode on youtube if u r interested, but she basically goes through the development throughout the years. Lol i kno it's just a genre, but so is the term fujoshi which was likely coined by bl fans who think of it as a joke. Personally I don't really care cuz I'm a fan of multiple genres so I'm as invested in all romances, but I don't think there is a problem with anyone enjoying one romance genre over the other. Like why would I shame someone for liking Fifty Shades of Grey, it just don't make sense.
