I'm seeing some pips saying that Yui is a divorcee already, but I can't remember him saying that and if I remember correctly, his wife was shown in the anime too when Ichika came to play with his daughter. I think this scene was before he had a daughter since he looked younger. Plus, they mentioned someone transferring and Naruse said he worked for that person for 4 years, right after he graduated college so, in this timeline, Naruse must be around 26, right? So this might be a time where Yui isn't married yet? Plus, Naruse didn't look the least bit upset, and if Yui was cheating with his wife Naruse would've shown some kind of negative reaction right?
