there's actually a lot of reasons why sexual harassment/assault/rape victims can't, well, prevent it from happening. for one, being in shock. their brains often shut down so they won't have to remember the traumatic experience later.

but yeah the girl was kinda being stupid, she obviously wanted it (or she didn't want it but the manga was drawn poorly/her thoughts were not portrayed well).

Ye I get that but shes not even resisting or anything like girl- at least put up some sort of fight
