I really doubt they're gone forever, honestly. It's the old bait and switch so people don't fear her.
If I understand right, she didn’t trade her sorceress powers... she traded her “monster” powers.
Every time I see this updated all I think about is how she traded her powers for some houses. Why couldn’t the author made it something worth while like someone’s life. I just have a sinking suspicion that it will affect the characters in a bad way in the future.
