The most screwed up ship you’ve seen???

mine is more of a trope because it just happens so much but, you know found family stories where a guy takes care of a little girl? More often than not, she grows up and people ship them. Usagi drop is a pretty mainstream example. But this shit happens everywhere, inuyasha, HxH, Dororo, A LOT of isekai slice of life series...it makes me puke

it was so sad how a lot of fans saw that as true love. reira manipulated shin into loving her. and that's not even the worst part, shin was just a misguided 15 year old too, and reira was 23. she knew she was 8 years his senior and still took advantage of his nativity.

I hate it when the female lead chooses a complete douchebag over a supportive guy. One of the worst cases I've seen of this was in the manga, Oboreru Knife.
So to answer your question, main or likable character x complete douchebag is the ship that makes me disgusted the most.
Ships like Yashiro x Satoru are just too ridiculous to bother me.
