They clearly said they were "25 years old" so they were still conscious of the matter. while the theory of body adaptation might be true on this (when someone is in another person's identity and body), even then they would be acting differently. They cant excuse their immaturity from their "childhood" trauma. Also even if they had age regression problems, babying them, would only make it worst. scientifically proven in some cases, babying and over caring for trauma victims can also make their case worst, in some cases make them fully dependent. I do understand the fictional reincarnation thing, but their way of acting is still illogical for me.

And don’t excuse trauma for that. If a child had a trauma they (development) might not be able to cope, but they legit suffered when they were already not teens but ADULT.
