no, mitsuki only appeared in his grandpa's, his uncle's, his mom's and his own dream according to what their subconscious was longing for. he just appears to lead people to love. mitsuki only had an actual physical relationship with sousuke out of all the people he visited in their dreams.
Okay so I'm confused if Mitsuki was with Sousuke's uncle, and second, did Mitsuki and Sousuke's uncle have a kid? Hopefully, someone could help me out with this lol.
