I wrote that because it reminded me of the time my mom almost got fired because some male students saw her neck and wrists while she was writing on the board.
I also wrote that because I want to live in a society where judgement is at least kept inside of your head and that people would be less judgmental of others
There's nothing wrong with wanting people to mind their business. Just because that's the 'norm' in jobs doesn't make it morally sound.

You know this really shows how even 1st world countries aren’t that good. That bitch ass TA has no right to invade her personal life, and the reason he most likely did that is because of his ego(which stemmed from toxic mentality). Secondly the teachers also had no right to go and shame her, especially at the work place. I think something that differs from the west, in Asia there is so much more judgmental then white people, at least openly. There is still discrimination and unnoticed pressures for women.
