I literally went back and re-read the chapter when I saw all bruises intact I even went a step back and re-read the chapter before that. All bruises there. So yeah your crazy!
But theres a part where the bottoms on side profile and he doesn't have the bruise under his right eye. Like two panels on a roll
The bruise is almost barley there I didn't even notice it. I guess your right but all of the main bruises are still there and the author only has to make a few small lines to put it back on.
