Why do I have a feeling that he’s always liked his wife but was too shy or something to go to her, so when he lost his memories, only his feelings for his wife remained, which was what brought on this huge shower of love for her which was hidden before.
Or I might be making random assumptions that are completely wrong.(I don’t really believe in love at first sight lol)
If it's like that then maybe it might makes a bit more sense to me.

I mean I know he lost his memory and all but I would say his fondness for his wife is a bit weird. Like it happened to fast for me. They are basically strangers and do strangers usually start liking someone that quickly?
